Darwin 200: Biodiversity in crisis.
The 19 November 2009 issue of Nature is called Darwin 200: Biodiversity in Crisis and focuses on how to preserve the wonders that Darwin glimpsed. For instance, the story of the golden lion tamarin conservation effort success is detailed, the ways in which biodiversity and natural ecosystems can counter climate changes are outlined, and an evaluation of the value of the ecosystem services approach to conservation is presented.
Endangered Species Chocolate helps Amazon Fund International.
The company is located in the state of Indiana U.S.A. and donates 10% of its profits to conservation-related projects. Amazon Fund International was the recipient of a gift-in-kind of Endangered Species Chocolate organic, fair-trade premium bars to sell to raise. We hope this could the beginning of a great relationship to achieve the goals of both Amazon Fund and Endangered Species Chocolate.
