Private Action For Common Good - A presentation of SIMBIOSIS-Mensch und Natur e.V
The organization SIMBIOSIS-Mensch und Natur e.V. offers an opportunity to those who would prefer to privately preserve a specific tract of Bolivian biodiversity. SIMBIOSIS-Mensch und Natur e.V has been engaged for 10 years in environmental protection in Bolivia and is presently looking for investors in wild lands. We offer an opportunity to purchase small or large undeveloped areas, which then can also be partially managed for personal subsistence (excluding cattle), providing that this is done in an ecologically reasonable manner.
We can procure land with primary forest areas starting from 50 hectares(approximately 125 acres) in size. The price per hectare is usually about 100 Euro ($147 as of November 2009) and includes the cost of acquisition of valid papers and basic administrative work involved in the buying process. Since a non-citizen or non-resident of Bolivia cannot officially possess land, we cooperate with trustworthy Bolivians. These individuals buy the land in their names, and we then execute valid private contracts in which our/your claims are defined. We have more than 10 years of experience with practices in Bolivia and have been cooperating with trusted individuals throughout that entire length of time. We have successfully carried out projects in Bolivia in which we own land cooperatively with our Bolivian friends.
Every single investment leads to a permanent yield: the natural variety and beauty of our earth! Please be a part of this critical project in helping to rescue Earth’s irreplaceable biodiversity!

We recently bought 500 hectares of pristine lands; more land is available for purchase in the vicinity. Ensuring that this land is bought for the purpose of preservation could become a major project resulting in enough consolidated land to become a real nucleus of protected biodiversity.
